Charming hotel with spacious, clean rooms. The friendly staff make sure you feel welcome. It's a bit quirky with some stairs to navigate, but the cozy vibe and good location make it worthwhile. Great parking options and solid breakfast choices, especially with gluten-free options available.

When I arrived Quantas had not managed to deliver my luggage on the same flight. When the luggage arrived at the hotel at 22:00 it was delivered to my room by a friendly and smiling staff.

the staff were friendly, and my room was clean and cozy, making me feel right at home. i appreciated the two tvs and the spacious living area with a kitchen. the bed was super comfortable, and i enjoyed a delicious breakfast omelette during my stay. the location was key, as it allowed easy walking access to nearby attractions.

our room did not get made up at all during our stay even though we were out most of the day, also we did not have access to all channels on the tv and were not aware of this until we checked into our room

Marvellous and lovely location for our visit to Cushion around 10-15 minutes walk from the hotel. Well presented food, big room with a balcony as well as comfortable bed. Quick check-in, parking outside.

Wi-Fi was rather slow.

I really enjoyed my stay! The breakfast was a highlight, offering great variety and fresh dishes, and the buffet each morning was delightful. Only downside was the bistro area felt a bit cramped and noisy during dinner, making it less relaxing.

It is very conveniently located, and its history makes it interesting.

My room was quite small, and the outlook from the window was very ordinary (air conditioning machinery, plumbing etc.) The a/c plant was quite noisy outside the window.

The courtyard was a comforting feature and the room was clean with a comfortable bed.

I thought the layout of the hotel was a little poor as you had to travel a bit to get to your room.

We found out reasonable prices in the hotel. The breakfast was reasonably priced with big meals, greatly enjoyed it.

Hotel had old world charm. Apart from below mentioned items room was comfortable, bed excellent, TV great but would prefer to be able to watch seated on a chair rather than lying on bed.

Lacked a second chair in the room, lacked a table in the room, lacked a guest lift or at least a porter service for in & out movement of luggage. As a 73 year old asthmatic I struggled with the luggage up 2 flights of stairs to room 145. Fox Sport TV channels were promoted but could not be accessed.
